Fulfillment Policy

At JAG Consulting, we are committed to delivering high-quality marketing consulting services tailored to the unique needs of each client. The fulfillment period for our services varies for each client and will be clearly outlined in the individual contractor agreement between the client and JAG Consulting. We strive to ensure that all services are delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and a client may need to cancel their agreement with JAG Consulting. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Clients may cancel their agreement with JAG Consulting by providing 30 days’ notice.
• The notice must be sent via certified mail to the following address: 10 Marina St, Apt A4, Wrightsville Beach, NC 28480.
• No refund will be given for services already rendered. However, any future compensation agreed upon in the contract will be forgiven.
• All assets used in the fulfillment of the services up to the date of notice will be provided to the client.
